Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Rivya Jewel, we take great care to deliver jewelry that meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to assist you—under the following conditions.


Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange

You may request a return, refund, or exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not the item ordered.

  • You provide a complete and unedited opening video, clearly showing:

    • The outer packaging with the shipping label visible

    • The seal being opened in one continuous shot (no pauses or cuts)

    • The product and visible issue

This video is mandatory to process your request. Otherwise no requests will be entertained


Not Eligible For Return/Refund/Exchange

We do not accept requests if:

  • You changed your mind or ordered the wrong item

  • Delivery was delayed due to the courier

  • The required opening video is not provided

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery


How to Report an Issue

If eligible, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at

Include:

  • Your Full Name

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • The unedited opening video


Resolution Timeline

Once your request and video are received, our support team will review and respond within 4 working days.
You’ll be informed via email regarding the next steps — replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.


Additional Notes

  • Please keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.

  • All claims are subject to verification and final approval by Rivya Jewel.
